Minimum requirement

Installing and configuring laptops and mobile devices.
Types of networks and connections (TCP/IP, wifi, SOHO, etc.).
Identifying, using, and connecting devices and hardware components.
Comparing cloud concepts and setting up client-side virtualization.
Solving issues with devices and networks.
Installing and configuring Windows OS, and understanding Mac OS, Linux, and mobile OS.
Identifying and protecting against vulnerabilities in both devices and networks.
Resolving issues with applications on PC and mobile devices, including security support.
Best practices for safety, sustainability, communication, and professionalism.
Students must have basic knowledge in the following areas before they can be enrolled in this program. Students who don't have knowledge in these areas will have to pay the prerequisite fee (Check fees on the right) so that they can use one month and be orientated
Help desk analyst, IT technician, help desk specialist, technical support specialist, desktop support specialist, associate network engineer etc.
This course is broken into 2 and each is paid separately with thesame amount as stated below.
