Secretaries and administrators play a supportive role in organizations where they are employed to undertake a variety of administrative tasks.
Secretaries and administrators help to keep an organization running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organizational tasks that make the organization function. The job title ‘administrator’ and ‘secretary’ can be used interchangeably to describe the same role, or ‘secretary’ can be another, more old-fashioned name for a personal assistant or executive assistant. Microsoft Office is a suite of applications designed to help with productivity and completing common tasks on a computer.
Learn office administrative skills. An Office Administrator is a professional who oversees operations across the organization's office. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, and appointments, and directing various administrative projects.
Learn Business communication skills. Business correspondence means the exchange of information in a written format for the process of business activities. Business correspondence can take place between organizations, within organizations, or between the customers and the organization. Correspondence refers to the written communication between persons.
Filing means keeping documents in a safe place and being able to find them easily and quickly. Documents that are cared for will not easily tear, get lost or dirty. A filing system is the central record-keeping system for an organisation. It helps you to be organised, systematic, efficient and transparent.
Students must have basic knowledge in the following areas before they can be enrolled in this program. Students who don't have knowledge in these areas will have to pay the prerequisite fee (Check fees on the right) so that they can use one month and be orientated
